Welcome to the Leahy Law Firm

The Leahy Law Firm was founded by Alan J. Leahy. He has been a proud Claremont resident for over fifteen years. Mr. Leahy is an avid tennis player and cyclist, who when not working, is often seen actively out within the community. In creating The Leahy Law Firm, Mr. Leahy has drawn upon his vast experience as a partner in prior law firms, including Covington & Crowe LLP and Tomlinson, Prince, Cullen & Leahy LLP.

Mr. Leahy defines the mission and purpose of The Leahy Law Firm as follows: “We seek to provide the highest quality of legal services imaginable and at a cost to our clients which is truly both reasonable and affordable.” Mr. Leahy further states: “Our services are specifically tailored to meet the needs of each of our clients who we hope to establish a lasting relationship with together. Geographically, The Leahy Law Firm is centrally located within reasonable distance from the Superior Courts of the State of California located in downtown Los Angeles, Pomona, Santa Ana, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Victorville, Riverside and San Diego. Firm attorneys have practiced in all of these Courts. In addition to practicing in the California Superior Court, attorneys at The Leahy Law Firm also practice before the Federal District Court of the United States.

The Leahy Law Firm is situated in the heart of beautiful Claremont, California. It is located within the historic Griswold “Old School House” building on the northwest corner of Foothill and Indian Hill Boulevards. The “Old School House” was built in 1911. It is the symbol of a long-standing tradition of educational excellence and historical significance within the community. The town of Claremont was originally created by the Santa Fe Railroad in 1887 as part of a new route from Los Angeles to Chicago. Located 30 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, Claremont is best known for its tree-lined streets, historic buildings, and college campuses.
